Human Nourishment

Developing the Inner Capacity for Outer Change

True regeneration starts within. Human Nourishment is about cultivating the mindsets, skills, and attributes that enable and sustain transformative change.

This service draws on the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), offering a framework to simplify and engage with the complex field of human growth.

We help teams move away from limiting leadership styles and embrace open feedback, shared learning, and relational ways of working.

Through facilitation and creative engagement, we nurture the human potential essential for thriving organisations and ecosystems.

This is where personal evolution meets regenerative revolution.

The Inner Sustainability Game

Perhaps you’re facing some of these challenges:

  • We’re looking for a creative, human-centered entry point to start meaningful conversations about sustainability, leadership, and systems change.

  • We’re navigating complexity but lack inner clarity and alignment—how can we become more values-led and purpose-aligned?

  • Our sustainability efforts feel disconnected from people’s motivation and behaviours—how do we integrate personal development with systemic transformation?

The Inner Sustainability Game is a dialogue-based, interactive experience rooted in the Inner Development Goals (IDGs), empowering individuals and teams to explore the human dimensions of sustainability and regeneration.

Using guided prompts and storytelling rounds, the session deepens understanding of how personal growth aligns with the systemic change needed to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Inner Sustainability Game
Some Context

  • In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provided a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030.

  • Progress is not happening fast enough, and we urgently need to increase our collective abilities to face and work effectively with complex challenges.

  • While we have accumulated much knowledge about the climate crisis, poverty, biodiversity loss and other social / environmental ills communicated in the SDGs, we seem to have an underdeveloped capacity to deal with our increasingly complex world.

  • This is what a team of more than 1000 experts, scientists and practitioners deliberated over when co-creating the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) framework in 2021. The framework offers 5 dimensions and 23 skills & attributes to simplify a complex field of human development so that we can identify, understand, communicate, develop and integrate the human abilities needed for sustainable development & regenerative evolution.
